REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Amore lash must be notified via email within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise to [email protected] Orders over 10 days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges when returning items. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

Any placed order can be canceled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once packaged a 15% restocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be canceled.

Returns Due to Customer Error

If a shipment is returned due to the customer entering an incorrect address, shipping and handling fees still apply.

Delivery Confirmation

Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Amore Lash is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the purchasers responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information. 

Backorders

We strive to keep fully stocked with all products and supplies. Occasionally, If a product has a high demand we might become temporarily out of stock.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe a item is damaged during transit, please notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the product at [email protected]

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and can not be returned or refunded.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will not be processed until the following Monday
